小明是个大老板售卖牛肉面和牛排的国际连锁店🤠，
由于当时候牛肉🍖的价格非常波动📉📈，
容易影响自己的售价及因为竞争压力不容易把成本转嫁给顾客，
因此小明跟农场定下一张合约，
这张合约是锁定未来1年的牛肉🍖价格，
比如合约上写明预定2023年购买100份牛肉🍖，每份为马币RM100 💰,
在买家立场，他们可以不用担心明年价格的波动📉📈，
在卖家立场，他们可以提前增加产量以稳定成本，
从这张期货合约中，
小明只需要付预订的定金给农场，
现在有两个合约到期的假设：
第一个假设：2023年牛肉🍖市场价格一度飙升到RM150 💰，涨幅为50%，
小明只需领着当时候的合约（RM100💰）去农场领货，
第二个假设：2023年牛肉🍖市场价格暴跌至RM50💰 , 跌幅为50% ，
